Terms and Conditions

Live events will submit a written quotation based on booking details given by the

customer which the customer must confirm in writing or by paying the deposit.

A hirers guidance document which includes Risk assessments, insurance documents,

structural reports and wind loadings will be issued once the deposit is received.

Balance of the hire payment must be paid to Live events  30 days before the booked event

date.

The customer is advised to get event cancellation insurance in case the event is cancelled

If an event is cancelled up to 90 calendar days before the event date, 25% of the hire

balance is payable

If an event is cancelled up to 60 calendar days before the event date, 50% of the hire

balance is payable

If an event is cancelled up to 30 calendar days before the event date, 75% of the hire

balance is payable

The full amount of the balance is due if an event is cancelled on the event day or within 7

days of the event.

It is the customer’s responsibility that site access is possible

Entrance gateways must be at least 2.65m wide, 3.5m high and we will need a minimum

of 20m of turning space

A booking made in a company name must include details of an individual who will be the

point of contact for us and responsible for the use of the stage this may or may not be used as a liable person if the company goes bankrupt.

Any damage caused by misuse or negligence by the customer or any of its

representatives will be charged for.

Payment of the deposit confirms that the hirer accepts the terms and conditions of

Live events ltd.
